Runyang Technology currently has 9 subsidiaries at home and abroad. Our modern factory covers an area of more than 200,000㎡, and is mainly engaged in GFOAM, IXPE and IXEVA series of prototype environmental foam materials. Our products can be applied to electronics industry, health care, maternal and infant products, green building, automotive interior, environmentally friendly packaging, sports and leisure and home furnishing and other fields. With the help of listing, it was our new mission to change the consumption pattern of traditional foam industry at home.
In the same year, our fundraising project was fully launched, Vietnam Runyang Technology gradually went into production, and our new customers were increasing worldwide. In the increasing market competition, our staff confidently moved forward.
Under the dual pressure of COVID-19 and Sino-US trade friction, Runyang Technology actively implemented epidemic prevention measures, resumed work and production, and accelerated infrastructure construction and transformation and upgrading in response to the call of the government.
On December 25 of the same year, Runyang Technology was listed on GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, finally realizing the dream we had persisted in for 8 years.
Workshops in the South Tai Lake Plant were built and put into use, the release of production capacity has been continuously accelerated, the R&D Center was further upgraded, and the pace of product R&D was accelerated.
In the same year, Runyang Technology actively responded to the national policy of “Belt and Road Initiative”, laid out overseas market, set up production base in Vietnam, and stepped into a new stage of internationalization.
The construction of South Tai Lake Plant started, and Runyang Technology put into use more high-performance new equipment independently developed.
In the same year, we wholly acquired Huzhou Xinhongrun, and incorporated it into the production line to achieve a complete closed-loop process chain.
Our production line was expanded comprehensively. The revenue of Runyang Technology reached RMB 100 million for the first time.
In the same year, we established a philanthropic foundation for active donation for education and donation of educational funds.
With double expansion of production capacity and market share, the number of our employees grew exponentially. By high frequency communication with the world through exhibitions, the pace of our globalization expansion became more three-dimensional, making Runyang Technology going onto the fast track of rapid development.
We integrated research, production and marketing and were listed on NEEQ. 834600 is the first code of Runyang Technology in the capital market. This year, a large number of talents gathered here. Customer trust grew in step with our orders, making many investment institutions optimistic about the development prospects of Runyang Technology.

In the same year, we successfully completed the internal shareholding reform, and were transformed from a limited liability company to a joint stock company.
