Runyang Technology mainly develops GFOAM, IXPE, IXEVA and other prototype environmental foam products. Products can be modified according to different customer needs, and can have nine features: “non-toxic, bacteria prevention, flame retardance, sound insulation, water resistance, shock absorption, light weight, anti-static and thermal insulation”.

[Introduction]

IXPE is also called electron crosslinked polyethylene foam material. The IXPE of Runyang Technology is a foam material with closed cell made by high temperature foaming to 3-38 times based on LDPE or modified LDPE resin through the electron crosslinking technology of Runyang Technology and the use of high-power electron beam generated by electron accelerator to change the molecular structure of LDPE and form a tight three-dimensional network structure. It has large ratio range and wide application field.

 

[Advantages]

Compared with several other common foam materials, IXPE has more uniform and dense cell and smooth surface and is easy in secondary operation. With excellent features such as “buffering and shock absorption, high rebound resilience, sound insulation, heat insulation, thermal insulation, flame retardance, strong weather resistance, aging resistance, mildew resistance and strong corrosion resistance”, it is a functional material in line with international environmental standards.

 

[Application Field]

The prototype has now been applied in the green building and home furnishing material. Runyang Technology will also focus on IXPE development and application in the electronics industry, new energy automotive interior, environmentally friendly packaging, health care, maternal and infant products, sports and leisure, etc.

Heat insulation Their independent closed cell can effectively reduce the energy exchange caused by air convection, with heat insulation effect
Corrosion resistance It is a feature of polyolefin; except for related solvents, it has strong corrosion resistance
Water resistance and moisture protection The dense independent closed cell and polyolefin molecule can effectively prevent the infiltration of water, with water resistance effect
Buffering With independent closed cell, they can recover their functions after compression, with shock absorption and impact resistance effect
Sound insulation Their independent closed cell can effectively reduce the energy exchange and block the transmission of sound waves caused by sound and impact, with sound insulation effect
Aging resistance After electron crosslinking, polyethylene has greatly improved physical and chemical performances, and a life span more than 5 times of the original
Flame retardance, anti-static, conductivity, bacteria and mold prevention IXPE foam material can also be blended according to customer requirements to have such excellent performance as flame retardance, anti-static, conductivity, bacteria and mold prevention, etc.
